How are paintings shipped?

Are there customs fees on paintings?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is the return policy?

Returns are handled according to the studio’s return policy. For full details, please see Return Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are accepted securely online. Available options may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout methods shown at the time of purchase.

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping times vary depending on the artwork and destination. Ready-to-ship paintings are generally dispatched promptly, while prints and commissioned paintings may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Are the materials archival?

Yes. Asali Studio uses professional-quality materials chosen for beauty and longevity, including archival surfaces, carefully selected pigments, and studio practices intended to help the work endure over time.
